Anonymous triage
A volunteer doctor will read your question and point you toward the right next step — see a GP, go to ER, or watch and wait. This is triage only — not a diagnosis or prescription.
If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number now.
Chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, or thoughts of harming yourself need urgent in-person care.
Anonymous means: we don't ask for your name or identity. Don't include identifying details (full name, ID numbers, addresses) in your message.
Your privacy: volunteer doctors only see your specialty selection and the messages you send. We don't store your IP address or device details with your messages.
Limits: 5 questions per day, 10MB per attachment, no prescriptions or diagnoses.
